The Return to DreamlandTulum wedding anniversary shoot

I have first found myself in enchanted lands of Tulum seven years ago, when I came there for the wedding of my dearest friends, Asya and Jonathan. Then I returned, to once again embrace the healing energy of the ocean, to soak in the deliciously salty air, to pass through the sacred spaces and to take photographs of my friends on the day of their anniversary.
There is something very special about this place. And all of its beauty and magic comes to light when you share it with people you love, doing what you love.

Holga camera for weddings?!?Why not? #BelieveInFilm

I have been using toy film cameras in art projects for years. And more often than not, I would shoot a few frames at a wedding with a Holga. It is the most unpredictable camera to work with (a box of chocolates, in a way), but I’ve learned most of its magic tricks and know how to make it paint with light. And sometimes it helps me find a way to portray what a wedding day felt like, rather than just what it looked like.
